Over the past few decades, many restaurants commercialized Saoji food by using excessive red food color, harsh synthetic chillies, and pre-made curries. That gave Saoji an unfair reputation of being merely hot without nuance. Parampara Saoji was founded in Manish Nagar to bring back the original, royal character of Saoji. Real Saoji is fragrant, complex, and deeply savory. The heat comes from black peppercorns, cloves, mace, cinnamon, and whole dry chillies roasted to perfection on slow fire. Today, we are honored to serve hundreds of families and food enthusiasts across Nagpur every week, maintaining the highest food safety and hygiene standards.
